The First Western Help Desk acts as a central point of contact for all technical support requests. Danny is responsible for, but not limited to email, phone assistance, software and hardware issues, and general technical troubleshooting. Prior to joining the First Western tech team, Danny gained technical experience working with the IT Department of Financial Aid at CU Boulder for two years.

Involvement
- Co-founded Tennis Hope, a non-profit organization which holds annual tennis tournaments to raise money for different charities. Danny is currently the executive and tournament director in Tennis Hope.
Interests
- Danny enjoys playing sports such as football, basketball, tennis, bowling, golf, ping pong, and racquetball. During the winter months, he loves to snowboard up in the mountain at the major resorts. Danny also participates in running 10K races and training for marathons.
