As Relationship Manager with First Western Trust, Tia partners with our Phoenix Team to deliver customized investment management solutions and superior customer service to new and existing clients. Tia has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry with an emphasis on wealth and investment management, as well as the insurance and mortgage industry. Prior to joining First Western, Tia served as Director of Client Services to a local wealth management company, Bayntree Wealth Advisors, where she fostered and maintained strong client relationships and trained new employees on industry regulations, compliance policies, and internal and external CRM databases.
