Director of Business Development
Suzanne Weller, director of business development, is responsible for leading First Western Trust's team of wealth advisors. Suzanne will produce overall sales processes to grow the business and attract new clients to First Western.
Prior to joining First Western Trust, Suzanne had a 15-year career in financial services distinguished by commended performance and highly qualified results. Suzanne has extensive experience in client relations, business development, communications, marketing, financial services, and management, with an emphasis in commercial lending and financial planning. In addition to her banking career, Suzanne was a non-profit executive for the March of Dimes Foundation.

I love working with either a company or a team member to challenge them and collaborate with them to achieve their goals. I find that utilizing a holistic approach to any problem or situation yields the best results, as a variety of fresh and innovative ideas are brought forth when you work as a team, and that’s an environment that I enjoy the most!
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Floating on a boat on a lake at sunset with my family!
