Loan Originator
As a loan originator, Rich meets with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer any questions about the process. He analyzes applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans, with the goal of getting borrowers into their dream home as easily as possible. He also details to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available and keeps borrowers informed throughout the entirety of the mortgage process. Rich has been in his current role since 2014.
Previously, Rich worked with Flagstar Bank where he successfully managed over 35 accounts and worked with multiple departments to ensure timely loan process and funding, during his time as an account executive. He also supervised and coordinated human capital and company expenditures as operations manager.
