Professional Development Program Associate
As a professional development program associate at First Western Trust's Denver office, Paxton contributes to various departments, where she is immersed into the daily obligations of each. Paxton is involved in a year-long program to gain knowledge and exposure to the company, in order to pick the career path that best suits her interests and passions here at First Western.
Prior to joining First Western Trust, Paxton worked for Security First Financial where she assisted with processing and closing procedures to ensure a seamless experience for borrowers. Paxton then joined First Western Trust in July of 2017, where she began her rotational program in Marketing, and then moved in to Retirement.

What do you like most about your job?
I have become so integrated into each team I’ve worked with, even given the short period of time spent with each. This job has provided me the opportunity to learn on a much grander scale than would be possible with another company.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Spending time outdoors with my family and friends, and my corgi, Georgie.
