Nick is a PDP Associate, currently working in our Denver office. He works closely with the portfolio management team assisting in the creation of quarterly reports and asset allocation.
Prior to joining First Western, Nick worked for A10 Capital, a commercial real estate financing firm in Boise, Idaho, focusing on 3-5 year bridge loans for undervalued properties looking to be brought up to stabilization. His duties included restructuring sales markets by analyzing Metropolitan Statistical Data in the United States and the greatest creation of loans in each area as well as conducting due diligence on hundreds of properties, examining their value in the company’s portfolio. In addition to working with A10 Capital, Nick worked at Aspen Grove Capital, a family-office based in Avon, CO.

- Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Political Science from Middlebury College
Interests
- Nick was a member of Middlebury’s Division 1 Alpine Ski Team and was a part of two slalom national championship titles. In addition to skiing, he enjoys golfing, exploring the outdoors, as well as road and mountain biking.
