Professional Development Program Associate
Natalie Bernero, professional development program associate at First Western Trust's Denver office, actively contributes in many departments at First Western Trust. Natalie is involved in a year-long program to gain knowledge and exposure of the company, in order to pick the career path that best suits her interests and passions here at First Western.
Prior to joining First Western Trust, Natalie was a admissions ambassador for Hastings College. Natalie was also a dance instructor for the University Dance Association (UDA).

What do you like most about your job?
I like getting to explore different areas of the company and to get the opportunity to be mentored by so many different people. I learn so much every single day, which I love.
What person, living or deceased, would you most like to meet?
I would really like to meet Ellen DeGeneres just because she is so funny and has a such a fun personality. I think she’s a great role model and a really good person.
What is your motto?
Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around once in a while you could miss it!
