As Director of Mortgage Loan Services at First Western Trust, Mischelle will manage the Mortgage team, supporting the sales group in helping individuals and families achieve their mortgage goals and providing guidance and direction to the compliance, underwriting and loan processing teams.
Mischelle brings more than 33 years of mortgage service experience to First Western. She was previously president and chief operating officer of Goldwater Bank’s mortgage operations where she was responsible for underwriting, closing, post-closing, quality control, and reporting. She was also responsible for operations budgeting and monitoring P & L performance for mortgage bankers. Prior to her experience at Goldwater, she was a residential lending and state operations manager at Vectra Bank.
