Kristin is responsible for providing retirement plan consulting and investment advisory services to qualified retirement plan clients. In addition to managing client relationships, Kristin supports business development for the retirement services team.
Prior to joining First Western, Kristin was the area vice president of business development for Gallagher Retirement Services in Minneapolis, where she was responsible for cross-selling and securing outside business. Kristin previously served as vice president for Hays Financial Group, LLC, where she provided client management, plan design consulting, investment monitoring, communication and plan conversion process management.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Laughing so hard you start to cry, your voice gets high and squeaky and you’re exhausted when the laugh is over. I always feel lighter!
What is your most treasured possession?
I wouldn’t necessarily call my cat Georgie a possession but he’s a love! I also have a canister set (Sugar, Flour, Coffee) that my grandparents had and used until they gifted them to me.
What do you like most about your job?
The variety in the work. I have days when I’m in my office in front of the computer all day and others where I’m out and about with clients. We have a lot of different services we provide so every day is different.
