Associate Relationship Manager| Retirement Consulting Services

Kristen is responsible for client relationships, performance measurement and assisting with due diligence.  She is responsible for documenting and maintaining client reports and necessary records including Investment Policy Statements and quarterly Fiduciary Investment Reviews.  Kristen works closely with Paula Hendrickson, Director of Retirement Services, to request and review Vendor Proposals, perform plan Benchmarking and Fee Analysis comparisons. Prior to joining the Retirement Services team, Kristen was a part of the Professional Development Program at First Western.

Kristen graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Investment Analysis, and a certificate in International Business. She is a member of Western Pension and Benefits Council and volunteers with organizations such as Junior Achievement, The Gathering Place, and Habitat for Humanity.  Outside of work Kristen enjoys snowboarding, hiking, climbing, camping, playing tennis and spending time with her friends and family.
