Karleen spent her first year at First Western Trust in the Professional Development Program, rotating through the Information Technology, Trust Support, Marketing, and Finance departments. Ultimately, she joined the Denver office’s Investment Management team, where she assists the Portfolio Managers in supporting Denver’s investment clients.
