Karen is responsible for oversight of all information technology, back-office operations, compliance and workflow for the bank, trust, and investment advisory operations.
Prior to joining First Western, Karen was a founding partner and managing director for a registered investment advisory and consulting firm where she was responsible for designing and implementing the firm’s products and services and operations. Previously, she was the director of product management and development for a national investment advisory consulting firm.
