Kaly Allen is responsible for maintaining client relationships, measuring performance and assisting with due diligence. Furthermore, she helps document and maintain client reports and records, including investment policy statements and quarterly fiduciary investment reviews. Kaly works closely with Paula Hendrickson, director of retirement services, to request and review vendor proposals and to perform plan benchmarking and fee analysis comparisons. Prior to joining the Retirement Services Team, Kaly was a part of the Professional Development Program at First Western.

- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (emphasis in Information and Operations Management, a certificate in International Business, and a minor in Italian) from University of Colorado, Boulder
