ERISA Consultant
As ERISA Consultant, Eileen Baldwin-Shaw is responsible for creating qualified retirement plans tailored to our clients' unique needs. In addition, Eileen assists in responding to day-to-day compliance questions. Prior to joining First Western, Eileen was vice president of operations for the Western United States for United Retirement Plan Consultants. Previously, she served as president and vice president of REPTECH, a third party administrative firm that she owned with her husband, Ralph. They grew the company from a small practice of fewer than 100 clients and $100k in annual revenue to a firm of over 550 clients and $3M in annual revenue.
