Loan Originator
As mortgage loan originator for First Western Trust’s mortgage loan service team, David is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Colorado clients to help them meet their mortgage and lending goals. David Roth has been in the mortgage industry, working as a loan originator, for the past six years. He prides himself in creating strong client relationships with a specific emphasis on educating them in the ever changing process. Other than his intent to originate hundreds of quality residential loans, David hopes his most important contribution to the company is spreading awareness of First Western Trust through his personal and professional communities.
David is a member of an organization that works directly with Colorado charities. His small group raised well over a hundred thousand dollars in donations in the past three years, and he looks forward to taking part in First Western Trust’s volunteer events. Aside from a brief four-year matriculation to Franklin and Marshall college in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, David has lived in Colorado his entire life.
