Professional Development Program Associate
Austin Hendrickson, a professional development program associate at First Western Trust's Denver office, actively contributes in many departments at First Western Trust. Austin is involved in a year-long program to gain knowledge and exposure of the company, in order to pick the career path that best suits his interests and passions here at First Western.
Prior to joining First Western Trust, Austin was a junior associate at First Western Trust, in the Fort Collins office. Austin was also a marketing associate, on the creative team, for the University of Northern Colorado Marketing Division. Austin was then recruited by First Western Trust to the professional development role in July of 2017.

What do you like most about your job?
The ability to explore and gather as much knowledge from a successful company within the industry. The positive and motivating work environment pushes each employee to become the best advocate of financial services to our clients. Having the opportunity to work and interact with industry professionals is going to be prominent to my future success at First Western Trust.
Do you have any accolades you’d like to share?
Played 5 years of Division 1 AA football, at the University of Northern Colorado. Was a 3-year starter at the center position. 2016 Honorable Mention Big Sky.
