President | Product Group & Commercial Banking
As president of the Product Groups & Commercial Banking, Gary leads First Western's teams in the areas of commercial banking, treasury management, employee benefits/retirement services, wealth planning, trust & estate, investments, insurance, and mortgage banking. He is also responsible for First Western's corporate marketing and business development organizations and is a member of the bank's senior leadership team.
Most recently, Gary was president of JFG Wealth Management, a Denver-based boutique wealth management firm providing high net worth clients with comprehensive financial planning and goals based investing. Prior to that, 33+ years with Wells Fargo and its predecessors in Colorado. Leadership roles included Commercial Banking National Sales Manager, Head of Commercial Banking for Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and head of The Private Bank / Wealth Management Group in Colorado.
