This award recognizes Mandy as a leader in the private banking industry and honors her efforts to give back to her community through volunteering and social engagement.
Mandy’s work over the past eight years as a senior private banker in First Western’s Fort Collins office has focused on offering clients a comprehensive review of their financial situation and developing custom-tailored solutions consistent with client goals and needs. A Registered ParaPlanner, Mandy is also working towards her designation as a Certified Financial Planner. These certifications allow Mandy to operate as a leader in the private banking and wealth management industry. Currently, Mandy works with teams in all of First Western’s operating areas to ensure that an exceptional client experience is provided.

Working with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, Mandy volunteered to serve the “banker role” in a poverty simulation hosted by United Way. Her involvement stretches to teaching opportunities at Front Range Community College and youth development through Matthew’s House in Fort Collins.
