DENVER, CO – JULY 19, 2013– First Western Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Renae Fierros-Conn to president of the south chapter of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), an exclusive network for professional women to interact, exchange ideas, educate and empower. Renae, First Western’s director of information systems and technology, will oversee the south chapter consisting of more than 200 members.

“People like Renae encourage others to achieve success. NAPW members will benefit greatly from Renae’s leadership,” said Karen Garcia, First Western’s executive vice president of support services.

Renae received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In addition to serving as board president of NAPW’s south chapter, Renae is actively involved with Junior Achievement.
