DENVER – April 23, 2012 – First Western Trust (“First Western”) announced today that Lynn Sullivan will serve as senior vice president and human capital manager for First Western Financial, Inc., the holding company of First Western.

“Lynn’s deep knowledge of the industry makes her the optimal manager of our talent throughout the West,” said Scott Wylie, CEO of First Western. “We’re eager for the efficiencies and innovations she’ll champion to communicate our value both inside and outside the firm.”

Prior to joining First Western, Sullivan was the senior vice president, director of human resources for Colorado Capital Bank. She also held prior human resources positions with Bank of the West and Commercial Federal Bank, both in Denver. Sullivan has spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry, navigating numerous human capital challenges and objectives, including mergers and acquisitions, professional development and employee retention. Among her notable career accomplishments is the creation of a wellness program that led to recognition as one of the “Healthiest Companies in America” by Interactive Health Solutions.

Sullivan received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana, and she is Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified.
