Aspen, Colo – June 8, 2016 – First Western Trust, Aspen, is launching its #Wealthisabout Grants Contest in support of area nonprofits. The grants contest will award $7,000 to a local nonprofit that supports one of First Western Trust’s three pillars of philanthropy:

  • Economic Development
  • The Arts
  • Women and Girls

The contest will run in two parts. The first part is a call for nominations. Any area nonprofit that supports one or more of First Western Trust’s three pillars of philanthropy is invited to submit their organization for consideration.

Nominations are open until June 22nd. On June 23rd, voting will be open to the public. The Aspen community will have two weeks to vote for a winner.
