SCOTTSDALE, AZ – JULY 22, 2013– First Western Trust is pleased to announce the addition of Deb Minter as senior private banker based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Deb joins First Western with more than 30 years of banking experience having most recently been an assistant vice president and private banker with BMO Private Bank. She has also served in branch management and served on Marshall & Ilsley Bank’s mergers and acquisitions team.

“In the banking industry, Deb is known for delivering and teaching extraordinary customer service, so we are especially delighted to have her join our Scottsdale team,” Dan Thompson, President of First Western’s Scottsdale office said.

Deb has served in community leadership roles with The United Way and American Cancer Society and has been an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity and other local organizations.
