Prior to working at First Western, Kim worked at Academy Bank where she found her passion for helping clients reach their financial goals by building a solid banking foundation.  Kim has a strong connection to the local community, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Colorado State University as well as her certificates in supply chain management and human resource management.
