Denver, Colo – May 18, 2015 – First Western Trust is pleased to announce a new addition to its retirement services team.  As ERISA Consultant, Eileen Baldwin-Shaw is responsible for creating custom qualified retirement plans tailored to our clients’ unique needs. In addition, Eileen will assist in responding to day-to-day compliance questions and assisting plan advisors in understanding and navigating the complexities of retirement plan law.

Prior to joining First Western, Eileen was vice president of operations for the Western United States for United Retirement Plan Consultants. Previously, she served as president and vice president of REPTECH, a third party administrative firm that she owned with her husband Ralph. They grew the company from a small practice of less than 100 clients and $100k in annual revenue to a firm of over 550 clients and $3M in annual revenue.

“We are thrilled to have Eileen on our team,” said Paula Hendrickson, director of retirement services.  “Our goal is to provide our clients with a team of experts who can develop solutions to fulfill their retirement needs. The expertise that Eileen brings in the areas of ERISA regulations and client service will help us strengthen our ability to create tailored strategies for our clients.”
